Designing for Flexibility Wins Keilhauer Multiple Awards at NeoCon

June 9, 2025 (Chicago) – Keilhauer has won a total of eight awards at NeoCon, the world’s leading platform event for the commercial design industry. Keilhauer won awards across three programs: Best of NeoCon Awards, Interior Design’s HiP Awards and Metropolis Likes Awards.

Unifi, a dynamic seating family designed by EOOS to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced workspaces performed well across NeoCon awards programs and categories. At Best of NeoCon, Unifi was recognized with a Gold Award in the Lounge Furniture Collection Category, a Silver Award in the Furniture Collections for Collaboration Category, and a Business Impact Award in the Furniture Collections for Collaboration Category. The Unifi Lounge Chair also won a Metropolis Likes Award.

Agyl, a lounge chair with an adjustable tablet that blends casual comfort with practical mobility, won a Silver Award in the Seating: Sofas and Lounge Category at the Best of NeoCon Awards.

Weve, a lightweight and flexible mesh conference chair with a proprietary mechanism, engineered by Keilhauer, that allows the entire chair structure to tilt forward for seamless nesting and efficient storage, won an Innovation Award for Seating: Conference at the Best of NeoCon Awards.

Fyord, an elegant seating solution that combines luxurious comfort and a grounded presence, with versatile modularity won a Best of Neocon Silver Award in the Lounge Furniture Collections Category. Fyord was also honored with an Interior Design HiP Award in the Workplace Sofa Category.

EOOS is Gernot Bohmann, Martin Bergmann and Harald Gründl, who studied design together at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna. In 1990, they started their first collaboration and founded EOOS in 1995. They live in Vienna and work in the fields of product, furniture and architectural design.
