The landmark partnership brings the language of luxury hospitality into the workplace and beyond.
Chicago, IL – June 2026 – Keilhauer, a leader in contract furniture, brings its refined, human-centered product offering to Chicago as it opens the doors to a new, expanded showroom at THE MART during NeoCon 2026. More than a relocation, the new 12,655 sq. ft. space is a reimagining of how furniture, storytelling, and experience come together, all designed to reflect Keilhauer’s commitment to beauty, comfort, craft and sustainability.
“NeoCon has always been an important moment for us, but this year represents something bigger,” says CEO Mike Keilhauer.
“This new showroom brings together Keilhauer and sister brand Division Twelve and allows us to fully express who we are today and where we’re going. It’s a space designed not just to showcase products, but to create meaningful experiences. Design is an inherently solution-driven process and a catalyst for positive change. This showroom is a reflection of that vision.”
At the heart of the launch is Etta, a new lounge collection created in collaboration with internationally acclaimed creative studio Yabu Pushelberg. Together, the showroom and collection introduce a more immersive, human-centered vision for the modern workplace. Etta is inspired by moments between ‘heads down work’ and the end of the day. These pauses are more than fleeting time; they are when real connection, productivity and ideation take place.

Introducing Etta by Yabu Pushelberg: Where Pause Becomes Progress
At the heart of the showroom, Keilhauer unveils Etta, a new furniture collection developed in collaboration with Yabu Pushelberg. The globally revered studio is synonymous with contemporary luxury and a master of creating atmosphere across the world’s most iconic destinations. Having collaborated with leading global brands including Marriott International, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Park Hyatt, LVMH, Bergdorf Goodman, and Molteni&C, the studio brings a distinctly elevated perspective to the collaboration which is centered around the human experience. Defined by refined lines and a quietly sculptural, considered form, Etta translates the language of luxury into the workplace, bringing the warmth and ease of a hospitality-driven approach into the contract space.
The collection comprises of 26 versatile pieces, including a range of seating, modular lounge elements, and tables designed to work together in flexible, cohesive configurations.

“We were thinking about the moments between focused work and the end of the day. The in-between time. Etta came from wanting to design for that, spaces where people can sit together without agenda, where a conversation starts naturally,” says George Yabu. “It is not just about the office. The same thinking applies across healthcare, education, and broader commercial environments. Those are the spaces where unexpected things happen, and design should make room for that.”
Glenn Pushelberg adds, “What drew us to Keilhauer is their clarity of purpose. There is a real commitment to craft and to how people actually use a space. With Etta, we wanted to build on that, creating something that feels considered and human in environments that do not always get that kind of attention.”

Sustainability, Built In. A Commitment That Endures.
A sustainable world is a comfortable world, one where ease is shaped by a deeper responsibility to the environments we inhabit. For Keilhauer, sustainability is not applied or appended, but fundamentally built in. It’s an enduring commitment to positive impact embedded within the brand’s values and carried through every stage of design, sourcing and manufacturing.
The Etta collection is Certified Carbon Neutral and Greenhealth Approved™, with its environmental impact made transparent through Life Cycle Assessments and Environmental Product Declarations. All relevant components of the new collections are crafted using FSC®-certified wood, and each piece is designed to meet rigorous third-party standards, including BIFMA LEVEL® 3 and SCS Indoor Advantage™ Gold.
These are not gestures applied after the fact, nor promises made in hindsight; they are the criteria that quietly define how each piece is conceived, evaluated and brought into the world.

Greenhealth Approved, Backed by Purpose
Keilhauer products are proudly Greenhealth Approved™ and are thoughtfully designed to support healthcare and hospital environments where wellbeing, safety, and sustainability are non-negotiable. This designation reflects a commitment to healthier materials, reduced chemical impact, and responsible manufacturing, helping create spaces that actively support healing. By prioritizing cleaner indoor air quality and safer material choices, these products empower designers to shape environments where patients, caregivers, and communities can thrive.
As noted by Mike Keilhauer, “We believe healthcare environments should be designed with the same attention to beauty as any other space, because when you center patients and support the designers creating these environments, you create places that not only function but contribute to improved healthcare outcomes.”
A Shared Vision for the Future of Work, Care and Play
With the opening of its new showroom at THE MART and the introduction of Etta, Keilhauer reinforces its role in shaping a more design-centered future for the built environment. Realized in collaboration with a diverse range of global design voices, these moments reflect a broader vision, one that extends beyond the workplace to encompass spaces of care, learning, hospitality and connection.
Rooted in a belief that design has the power to influence how people feel, interact and perform, Keilhauer continues to create environments that support a full spectrum of experience, from moments of focus and collaboration to pause, reflection and restoration.
“The moments between ‘heads-down work’ and the end of the day are not peripheral; they’re where value is created,” says Mike Keilhauer. “We design to solve for these in-between spaces, supporting real human behaviour and unlocking greater productivity throughout the day.”
