Summary

The Incoming Quality Inspector is responsible for direct examination of Keilhauer’s incoming products to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and align with guidelines and customer specifications. Requiring a high level of attention to detail, the Incoming Quality Inspector is responsible for strictly adhering to Keilhauer’s quality assurance policies and identifying defects and quality issues.

This technical role is best suited to a dedicated, dependable team player with exceptional problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You are highly resourceful and flexible and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You understand the voice of the customer and work hard to ensure satisfaction. Ensuring our products are made well, helps further Keilhauer’s mission of making work comfortable for all.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of practical Quality Inspection experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; previous experience working at Keilhauer considered a strong asset.
  • Completion of a high school diploma.
  • Reading and understanding engineering drawing is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; previous experience with SyteLine or a similar ERP is an asset.
