Keilhauer Announces CEO Transition Plan

June 5, 2023 (Toronto) – Keilhauer is proud to announce the latest developments within the company to strengthen executive leadership. Effective today, Mike Keilhauer will be transitioning from President/CEO to CEO of Keilhauer and Meghan Sherwin has been promoted from Chief Marketing Officer to President.

With his new public title as CEO, Mike Keilhauer will continue on with his role as Creative Director, leading product design and designer relations. Mike Keilhauer co-founded Keilhauer with his father Ed and brothers Rick and Ron in 1981, with brother Steve joining later on as Vice President of Product Development. Together they developed the company to be an international industry leader in the contract furniture marketplace, working with world-renowned designers and manufacturing award-winning products that are recognized around the globe and held to the highest of environmental standards.

Meghan Sherwin is appointed to her new role after intensive succession planning and a robust process with board support for her transition to President. Meghan Sherwin has been with Keilhauer since 2017, where she has led the portfolios of Brand & Product Marketing, Textiles, Sustainability, Public Relations and Showrooms across all markets. As Keilhauer’s first Chief Marketing Officer, the role she was promoted to in 2021, Sherwin continued to provide strategic leadership within the Marketing and Sustainability departments, and her purview expanded to include Customer Service, Warranty and Outbound Logistics.
